[Heaven's Crisis] Notus

Sorry for another artwork hiatus
I finally finished the headache inducing final artwork for Notus
It takes too long because I re-drew the line art, because the first line art is crappy

[A little bio]
Name: Notus
Age: 16
Hand orientation: Right handed
Weapon: Wind Carver hoverboard (former Air Carvers)

A young boy that always like to fly in the sky, doing extreme tricks and stunts using his hoverboard. Adventurous by nature, he always wanted to go outside the city on which he live in and see the world outside the shield barriers of the city. He will do anything to get out.

**This is the final design for Notus and his Wind Carver board.

** If you check the background, Notus, lives in a futuristic city, he hangs out on his usual pedestrian walkways.

** The redesign started at around Q2 of 2013, skateboarding accident and other commitments plus malfunctioning graphics pen and tablet is the culprit
